About UNISAT-6
UniSat-6 is a 26 kg microsatellite built by the Italian company GAUSS Srl on the platform of its earlier UniSat-5. It was launched on 19 June 2014 on a Dnepr rocket from Yasny, Russia, in a cluster of more than thirty satellites that also included QB50p1 (EO-79). Besides testing customers' equipment in space, it worked as a carrier for other satellites: about 25 hours after launch it released four CubeSats, TigriSat, Lemur-1, ANTELSAT and AeroCube-6, and filmed the deployment with an onboard camera.
UniSat-6 uses the callsign II0US and sends two beacons on 437.425 MHz with 9600 baud GFSK AX.25: a short identification packet every 30 seconds and a 67-byte housekeeping packet every 10 seconds. AMSAT's page for the satellite says a digipeater in the amateur bands would be enabled after the primary mission.
